This Privacy Policy explains how Orbistrack (“the App”), operated by Patricia Alexander (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use the App on Apple devices. By downloading or using Orbistrack, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Orbistrack is a casual puzzle game in which players place and rotate mirrors to guide a beam of light from a source to a target across campaign levels, daily and weekly challenges, and related gameplay features. Progress such as completed levels, stars, achievements, challenge status, and booster inventory is stored on your device. The App does not require account registration and does not offer real-money purchases or donations inside the App.
We design Orbistrack to collect as little personal data as possible.
On-device gameplay data is used solely to operate the App for you: saving progress, remembering settings, unlocking achievements and challenges, and enabling shop items purchased with in-game stars. Contact emails are used only to answer your questions about the App or this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and do not use gameplay data for cross-app tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share on-device game progress with third parties for marketing. Information you send by email is not shared except where needed to respond to you or where required by law. Apple may process technical and App Store related data under Apple’s privacy policy when you download the App, restore purchases (if any are introduced later through Apple), or submit reviews.
Orbistrack is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require registration or collect contact details during normal play, children can use core features without providing personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us by email, please contact [email protected] and we will delete that correspondence upon request where reasonably possible.
Gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear device data through system settings or device backup management. Emails you send to us are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of correspondence management. To request deletion of information you sent by email, contact [email protected].
We rely on the security features of your device and Apple’s platforms to protect locally stored App data. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted by email. Please use a secure device and keep your operating system updated.
The App may open this Privacy Policy in a web view or link to standard Apple interfaces such as the App Store review prompt. Those services are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties we do not control.
Orbistrack is offered through the Apple App Store. If you use the App, on-device processing occurs on your device. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed where our email provider operates. By using the App or contacting us, you acknowledge this handling of information as described in this Policy.
You can reset local progress by deleting the App from your device. You can disable sound and haptics in the App settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of personal information you provided to us (for example via email). To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy. If changes are material, we will update the effective date clearly at the top of this page.
